Terms of service

1. General

Looner Community is a private social network for adults interested in latex balloons. By using the service you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the community rules.

2. Age and account

  • Only people who are at least 18 years old (or older, if the law of their country of residence requires it) may create an account.
  • The age declaration at sign-up does not replace any verification required by law in some jurisdictions — the administrators may ask for additional proof of age.
  • Each person may have one account. Impersonating others is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. User content

  • Only post material you own the copyright to or are licensed to use, and only with the consent of the people shown in photos.
  • You keep the rights to your content; you grant the service a non-exclusive licence to display it to other logged-in members according to the visibility settings you choose.
  • User content is shown in the language it was written in — the service does not translate it automatically.
  • Illegal content, any depiction of minors in a sexual context, violence, harassment, hate speech, spam and publishing other people's personal data are prohibited.

4. Moderation

Administrators and moderators may remove content that breaks these terms, impose temporary restrictions and suspend accounts. Every decision is recorded in the moderation log. You can appeal a decision within 14 days by writing to kontakt@looner.local — the appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the decision.

5. “Verified” status

The badge is granted manually by the administrators at their discretion. It does not confirm legal identity and does not guarantee that contact with that person is safe.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the settings at any time. Deletion takes effect after a grace period (14 days), during which you can cancel it by logging in again.

7. Language versions

The service is available in several languages. If language versions of these documents differ, the version designated by the operator after legal review prevails.

8. Changes to the terms

We will announce significant changes in the service in advance.
